MARCH FAVORITES | 2020

It took me 13 days to write this post. 13 days of procrastination, this staying at home, doing nothing daily is really messing with my productivity and maybe will.  Just hoping and praying things will get better soon.  March started out well but ended on a low note. To be honest, I wonder if there'd be any favorites in April considering I'm home all day not really doing much. Maybe my pens and bullet journal will make it in the faves. Last month's faves will be short.

BATH AND BODY WORKS ROSE ULTRA SHEA BODY CREAM
Since we are supposed to be washing our hands as much as possible (and not touching our faces) washing hands quite often (something I learned was quite important for me while living here in Ghana even before this situation ) can leave your hands dry and ashy. This has been my fave for this month and it leaves my hands moisturized and soft, and it smells good. My favorite scent. Roses.

KOSE COSMEPORT CLEAR TURN BABYISH PRECIOUS MILKY MASK

My husband got this mask and 3 other Kose Cosmeport masks from his Japan trip and when I first got them I was a bit confused as to how to use them. These masks have shorter contact time (15 mins or less), they're all in one Ziploc-like-bag and have much less serum per mask so it wasn't working out as my night "moisture mask/toner" but when I started using it for a quick morning mask it worked out better, leaving my skin soft and hydrated, now I love it!

AFRICAN PRIDE MOISTURE MIRACLE COCONUT OIL AND BAOBAB OIL HYDRATE AND STRENGTHEN LEAVE-IN-CREAM

This has made my March favorites last year, and now again for this month! I love how it smells and also keeps my hair moisturized for a few days!

SANA NAMERAKA ISOFLAVONE Q10 CREAM

This cream also was my January favorite, and it is just perfect for harmattan, it keeps my under eye area moisturized. I love me some thick moisturizers for my dry under eyes.

BATH AND BODY WORKS SWEET PEA FINE FRAGRANCE MIST

Sometimes smelling good even when you have nowhere to go is essential for your mood. I don't plan on wasting my perfumes, but I will waste all my bath and body works fragrance mists because they smell yummy. My favorite this month is the Sweet Pea, it really is a throwback scent for me cause It always gives me a memory of high school days back in 2015 sophomore year when EVERY GIRL had that scent either the Bath and body works brand or the dupe sold at Walmart.

You'd see them pulling it out of their gym locker and spraying it on after P.E. ahh good times.

That's it for my March faves, hopefully, I can get more motivated to work on all my drafts and make use of this "free time" as I truly intended. Does anyone else feel like time is slipping away and they're just wasting this time not being productive yet battling with an idea that this time is for rest and don't need to stress themselves out? or is it just me? I feel like there are two polar opposites in my brain battling and a third person soaking up the guilt when I do Netflix and Viki binges. Meanwhile, my roommates are just chillin' with no guilt. Why can't I be like them?
